Are you ready?! Because we are!

 

We're now less than 24 hours from the start to our RTW trip. We've been asked more times than we can count over the last few days how excited we are and if we're ready, scared, etc. We all just chatted and agreed that it still just feels like we're on a little vacation. Teague and I talked about it last night and we're just ready to get on the road and get this party started! There aren't any butterflies, no nerves - not at this point anyways. That's not to say that we aren't excited, because we certainly are! I think we're more ready than anything else.

We're all checked in for our flight out of JFK and will be arriving in Cancun around 9am local time. It's going to be a very early morning, leaving Elissa's parents home around 4am for our 7am flight, and I will be in charge of buying our first round of celebratory cocktails! 

We had some last minute things to take care of today - copying our documents, buying insurance, putting the final touches on our packs making sure that everything is in it's spot and that it all (still) fits. 

And the absolute most important thing that we will do before the day is done: watching the final episode of this season's Walking Dead!
